Terms for using closetdecorandmore.com and our text messages, including what we text, message frequency, how to opt out and how to reach us.

These terms apply to closetdecorandmore.com and to text messages from Closet Décor & More ("we", "us"), 3700 NW 124th Ave, Ste 107, Coral Springs, FL 33065. By using our website or agreeing to receive our text messages, you accept these terms.

Text messaging terms

  1. Program. Closet Décor & More sends text messages to people who give us their mobile number and check the consent box on one of our website forms, or who ask us to text them.
  2. What we text. Messages about your service request, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders and service updates, and replies to your messages.
  3. Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your project and appointments.
  4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
  5. Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and no further texts unless you opt in again.
  6. Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (954) 900-9983 or dave@closetdecorandmore.com.
  7. Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  8. Consent is optional. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to request a consultation or to buy from us.
  9. Privacy. We never share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

Using our website

  • The text, photos and designs on this website belong to Closet Décor & More or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without our written permission.
  • Information on this website, including product descriptions, examples, timelines and any prices, is general and may change.
  • Designs and quotes are estimates until they are confirmed in a written agreement signed by you and Closet Décor & More. That agreement's terms, including scope, price, deposit, schedule and warranty, govern your project.
  • Financing is provided by third-party lenders, subject to their approval and terms.
  • Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, Closet Décor & More is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about them will be handled in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
