When you request a consultation, call, text or email us, we collect what you share: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code or home address, the rooms you would like help with, project details and photos, and your appointment and project history with us.Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, we and the tools we use collect standard technical information: your browser and device type, the pages you view, the website or ad that referred you (including campaign tags such as UTM parameters and ad click IDs), and your approximate location based on your IP address. If you check a text messaging consent box, in the chat widget on our Text Us page or on one of our forms, Closet Décor & More may send you text messages about your service request, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders and service updates. If you separately agree to marketing messages, we may also text you occasional offers, promotions and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details at the end of this policy.

We never share or sell your mobile number or text messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We use service providers, such as our customer relationship management (CRM) and messaging platform, only to send and manage the messages you have agreed to receive. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• With service providers that help us run our business, such as our CRM and messaging platform, website hosting, analytics, scheduling and email providers, who must keep it confidential and use it only to provide services to us
• With a financing provider, if you choose to apply for financing
• When required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our business, our customers or others
• As part of a sale or reorganization of our business, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, measure website traffic and understand which ads and campaigns bring visitors to us, using tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. These providers may collect information about your visit under their own privacy policies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Google and Meta account settings; our website still works without them.

Some of our phone numbers use call tracking, which shows us which page or ad led to your call. Where a call is recorded, you will hear a notice at the start of the call.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to provide our services, support your project and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect it, although no system is completely secure.

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts.
• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
• Phone calls: ask us to stop calling and we will note it on your record.
• Your information: contact us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it, subject to records we must keep by law.

Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Our website links to other websites, such as review sites and our social media pages. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed, and changes take effect when they are posted on this page.
